Tests and Analysis
Dielectric strength tests on any kind of oil sample (withdrawn from the transformer) can be carried out, in order to determine the exact insulation level and suggest the customer the more suitable operation. ( test according to IEC 60156, DIN VIDE 0370, UTE, ASTM regulations).
With the collaboration of competent chemical laboratories, we carry out accurate oil analysis, for the detection of PCB, PCT, the quantity of dissolved gas and/or metals, besides more specific standards. We have factory test facility where the following acceptance tests (according to IEC 60076-01 regulations) can be carried out,
- LV and MV windings resistance test
- Ratio Test Ratio test and windings, Polarity test
- Short circuit test
A final acceptance certificate will be released, in order to determine the operating conditions. These will be compared to the original technical data to verify its proper use or wear, and decide the most appropriate intervention to guarantee a regular and longer working.
